When you make your booking and we have received the required deposit, a legally binding contract exists between us.
Your booking is only secured when we have received and cleared a 30% deposit with the full balance received by us no later than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the full balance is not paid within 4 weeks of the start of your stay then we will consider your booking cancelled.
If for any reason you do need to cancel, it is important that you tell us at the earliest opportunity so that we may attempt to re-let the cottage and minimize your loss.
If we are able to re-sell your dates, depending on how many nights we managed to re-sell, we will refund your payment less the deposit, which is non-refundable.
You should take out Holiday Insurance to protect you against possible loss.
Arrival & Departure
Access to Nuthatch Cottage on the day of arrival is after 3.00pm.
Nuthatch Cottage must be vacated by 10.00am on the departure date.
Nuthatch Cottage must be left in a reasonable and tidy condition on departure and any damage must be reported to us.
The person named on the booking form is liable for damage caused by negligence by any member of their party.
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we would, however, attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Except in exceptional circumstances, our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
We endeavour to provide a safe environment during your stay. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injuries whilst staying at Nuthatch Cottage.
Nuthatch Cottage has a maximum occupancy of 4 plus 1 cot and no additional guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Nuthatch Cottage is strictly NO SMOKING. We do not allow candles in any room.
